she made a nest of hay and hair and was with a male since we got them last october.

she will start making a nest in the corner and start pulling her hair out to put in the nest

Take her to the vet to know for sure.
Then, if she's not pregnant, get her spayed. You don't want more rabbits. There are too many in shelters already.
And if you don't get her spayed, she'll be very likely to get cervical/ovarian cancer.

first she fight the buck rabbit, then sh cur the hair on her body to build a nest,,,,, so i say get ready for some bunnys,,,,, ps... you want to put the buck,, in to another cage, for her kill the babbies

Take it to the vet and have him take a blood test. If the human dies then she's pregnant.

If she is then she won't be doing a ton of physical activity. To be sure, go to the vet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
