I'm behind firewall and can't use my web cam, how do i fix that?

you need to tell the firewall to allow the camera internet access. depending on your firewall options will tell you how it is done.

What kind of firewall are you running first of all? Message me and let me know

Try going on start, then control panel, then there should be a list of applications on one of the tab, you should be able to change it from there.
