I think the special k and pear for breakfast is ok, and the tuna with no mayo is ok, but the special k for dinner is NOT ok. You have to have some type of lean meal to balance everything, and not feel like you are going to starve for the rest of the night. I'm sure your current diet will get you to lose weight, but it would eventually be unhealthy since you don't have the proper nutrients. Why not try a lean chicken or turkey dinner with some veggies and water? That'll be much better than cereal.

Most likely. DO NOT give it up. (throw some more fruits in there).
Drinking 2 percent milk everyday will not cause weight gain. It is very healthy to drink a cup of any milk everyday. The 2 percent milk has the upside of less fat but still contains calcium.

That sounds like a healthy diet. But eating that day by day will become boring for your body. Eat a variety! Eat what you want. Just excercise, I cannot stress that enough. It's really important. No diet in the world will work unless you excercise too. KK? =]

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Well, you should'nt eat the same thing over and over. Throw in some deli or something. You don't really have to restrict any fatty foods. It dosn't matter what you eat, it matters if you burn it off. (but remember to exersice everyday so that your weight is balanced!)Eat various types of fruits. What you are eating now dosn't have enough nutrients you need everyday. I hope my advice helps! :]

what is this...wont you get tired of speacial k for breakfast and dinner every single day!!! just eat normal and never skip a meal because then you will get hungry and eat candy or junk food. remember you also lose weight when you eat i heard this from somewhere but its true? also excercise daily!
