This depends on your age.
If you are under 1 year old, and it keeps you from staring at your toes, it is a textbook case of an Oedipal complex.
If you are over 1 year old, it shows a great lack of individualism.
You see, we dwell upon that which to which we aspire. If you are focused upon another, pray they are worthy, for if not, you are a very petty soul.
Please do not pose another question here until you have carefully reviewed the nature, depth and value of this person you dwell upon.
Our time and energy is finite, and there are urgent solutions being sought.
Trivial ones should not distract us, nor lead to enervation.

It simply means that you have a soul tie to the individual. You may not 'love' them or 'be in love with them', but in the soulish realm you are 'tied or joined to them'. Soul ties can occur in intimate relationships as well as platonic ones. Depends on the level of your previous involvement.

Well I was going to say that it would be called an obsession, but you are apparently in denial about that, so I don't know what I could name it that you might find to be acceptable.

u know i do the same thing it is called love addiction....they have filled a hole in you that needed what he or she had to offer and now you feel you need that from them.... i think of this guy all the time i beg him to let me come see him ...i know he is not good for me and is just using me but i am addicted to him....love addition....look it up

theres nothing wrong with thinking about someone you dont love..... Just means you have nothing else to think about
