This is more common then you realize. Men who have satisifed themselves for long periods of time reach a point where only they can bring themselves to orgasm. This can be an intimacy issue with your partner. This is going to take a lot of work on your part to break down this barrier.

same here.. some of us women can never get off with out help.. but there is toys to help us if your partner is open to that .. the rocking rabbit is one.. go visit a adult site and ask them to show you that toy and the others like it...
