a. what is the current through the heater?
b. how much energy is used by the heater in 30 sec?
c. how much thermal energy is liverated by the heater in this time?

a. I = E/R
I = 120/15 = 8 amperes

b. E = Power * time
P = IV = 8 * 120 = 960 Watts
E = 960 * 30 = 28800 Joules

c. 28800 Joules, since it's a heater and its efficiency is 100%.
