I am 15 and can type 92 with 2 errors. I am self taught, and I don't use that traditional way with like four fingers on four certain keys, etc. I don't have to look either! lmao, im proud of myself.

92 wpm is great! I type for a living (medical transcription) and I only type 102 wpm. You SHOULD be proud of yourself. Typing fast isn't as easy as people think.

92 is pretty phenomenal, but is that typing from what is in your head or copytyping?

As you don't use the standard method I am guessing it is not looking at the words to copy and the screen, but rather at the keyboard.

For a job a lot of places require between 45/60 wpm with about 95% accuracy (depending on the job), but that is copytyping, so you have to do it the standard way, i.e. not looking at the keyboard.

If you can learn this (it's easy to self teach, I did it) then you will be laughing! Have it timed properly (if you haven't already) and keep practising, you'd be snapped up :)

I'd say 60 is good. I'm up to 120 WPM myself but 60 is plenty.

That's an excellent speed, especially if you use your own finger pattern and don't look at the keys! Has it been timed in the correct manner? I think you have to sustain it over four minutes, and copy-typed.
