wear the cutest thing you have or any new clothes you have gotten or will get for your b-day! curl you hair or straighten it if its naturally curly. put on some make up, some jewelry, and perfume. try not to over do it, but just enough to stand out. you will look and feel super cute and girly as you should every day!! being a girl is wonderful!! happy birthday!!

Do something flashy! (Not necessarily slutty, though.) After all, it IS your birthday. This is the one chance to put on bright eyeliner you'd never wear on a normal school day and let your hair down. A good idea is to shop for a complete birthday outfit! If you're into skirts, buy something tutu-ish and pair it with a personalized shirt that says something among the lines of, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!. And accessorizing and layering necklaces, bracelets, etc. and wearing super cute earrings (magnetic if your ears aren't pierced) would be cute.

Wear something that you feel comfortable in. If you feel comfortable in a formal dress, go for it. If you feel most comfortable in jeans and a baby tee, then do it. You can wear everyday clothes and jazz it up with jewelry or even a tiara! =]

you should wear a cute mini skirt with a button up top but leave like the top 2 buttons open or a skirt with a cute layered shirt look.

Wear your favorite color. Whenever I wear my favorite color, I feel my very best; confident, and pretty! Maybe you can buy something small in your favorite color so it's even more special. Have fun on your special day!
