um.....yeah.
You should also keep the house temperature down in the low 70's and/or turn on a ceiling fan. This will help you sleep better. If you are still sweating, you may just be thinking about it too much......just lay there and rest and your temp should lower with no problem after a while. Then again, you may be having a male version of a hot flash.

Yeah. When you sleep your body shuts down some functions that keep you hot.
And the fact you are not moving, again drops your heat down, drink lots of water, this is like petrol for a car, keeps everything in shape, ahve a word with your doctor if you think it is serious enough.

When you sleep physical activity is reduced and temperature may fall.If you are sweating it may be due to persipiration or humidity.One solution may reducing the intake of water and salt or just switch on Fan or Air conditioner.

The energy that your muscle expend is about 40% movement and 60% turns to heat.
When you are extremely still, you're going to get cooler. That's why you sleep with a blanket! I love anatomy class.

all people gets cool while they bypass to sleep. the middle is pumping slower than while unsleeping, and much less blood is flowing via your veins. Your blood is a large contributor to warmth, and if there is not any longer plenty energetic, of direction your going to relax

yer i think it does because when you go to sleep your boby temp dropes and then you fill cold.
