Richard Wells 39 went to high school in Virginia Beach - where are you?

Anyone know him? He would be about 39 or 40. Went to Princess Anne High School in 1984. Lived off Garrison Place in Virginia Beach, VA as a teenager with his grandfather. I have looked on Zaba, reunion.com, classmates.com, White pages, peoplefinder.... and by name on the internet.... there are too many names in Zaba and in costs per a name to look at additional details to see if it is the right person.
