Anti Terrorist Help Request?

Hello, please read it and say exactly what should to do?
I am , 37 years old, Iranian, Christ, and about 7 years that I am living in Leipzig , Germany as refugee.
I found about 5 years that I am under control of Anti terrorist control team from German Government, in these years they rock me psychical and my bodily with the Think Reader Team ( or I don't know what is the name of this device that they installed into my body ) who check me , I got some information from them for example their name ( not family name just First name ) , and the time of their work .
I have sent so many emails and mails to UN, human right watch , Germany government , ....
but I had not no answer till now ( is it because this is German goverment and you cannot do anything about them ? then where is Human Right watch in our world ?) . Because I am refugee, I want to have defend from this organizations against this terrorist whom mentioned we killed till now 16 people.

this Terrorist group are: Tania ( Tanija ), Amir , Shahab , Mahin, Haniyeh , Sara, majid, Foaad ( very danger), Patric , Mahmoud, Ardeshir , Mohammad, Ali ,Mehdi, Laleh, Shahram, Bahram, Tanija2, Roya and also about 7 other names.
as you can find some of them have Iranian names and the others are German, I got this information form their 2 side device that is installed in me.
The Iranian people as I find it are from Communist group called ( Aksariyat ) in Iran. They working for BND , and Israeil together .
This group have any rules about Humanity , civilization , God, or something else , They want to kill me because I reported to everywhere that I know what they are really are and do.
now I want to know what I should to do against this terrorist group and how I should to take this device out ?

I would go turn yourself back in to that loony bin you escaped from. Forget about packing a toothbrush, such items are not allowed in the psych ward anymore.
