What college hast the best History program?

I want to major in history, can anybody give me a list of good schools for history in the northeast? Preferably smaller schools, but i'll listen to any suggestions.

There's a book that usually comes out at Barnes & Noble or Borders in the magazine section in the business or news section. It's called US New & Report, which list the best colleges or graduate school for specific majors.
