I pull over, get out, go to the animal, kneel down and pray, and then wipe animal's blood all over my face. I take the remainings home and pin peices to a board outlining the president's head.

I too pull over and get out... but not for prayers. I gather all the evidence I can (skid marks, markings from a tires, pieces of paint lodged in wee Bambi's teeth, etc.) and use that evidence in my own personal vendetta against the scum that perpetrated this heinous act. When I find him (...or her, just to be PC) I take a baseball bat and knock out all their windows and headlights.
Finally, and this is a strange coincidence, I take one of the headlights that I ripped from its place and attach the pieces to a board outlining the presidents head. Small world I guess.

I get sad for a second and then I quickly forget.
Last week I saw road kill and when I realized it was a kitten, I screamed.
However I did not pull over and cry.

I still remember the day... i was about 10, there was a dead kangaroo on the side of the road, my aunty pulled over, and we both got out and observed the kangaroo, and she said "this will happen to you if you play out on he road"

Okay, you're wierd. Though the prayers can't hurt. As soon as I catch a glimpse of something on the road, I look away as fast as possible.

Fortunately I've never seen that but I would probably move it out of the way and drive on.

Always makes me think of the Beverly Hillbillies and Granny's roadkill stew.
