My cat is about 10 years old. She's just lately started falling out of the windowsill a lot. She'll be just fine, but then fall off.. she shakes it off and jumps back up, but never lands on her feet.

I wouldn't be concerned if it was just every now and then, but it's about ten times a day she does it.

Other than this, she has no other symptoms. Any ideas?

Old age is catching up to her. See a vet and try to keep her from jumping up.

If he has been outdoors or around any variety of antifreeze he would have a unexpected kidney failure. those are the indicators our cat died of whilst it had drank antifreeze from a acquaintances automobile. whilst cats have kidney issues they gained't have the skill to apply their returned legs many times and would have urination issues, and would additionally "bypass out" and cry in soreness. Take it to the vet on the instant, regardless if the kidneys are the difficulty or no longer. extra useful secure than sorry in case you like your cat as much as you assert . our cat become like that throughout spurts in the past each little thing like what you're describing, and then it became consistent that's as quickly as we took him to the vet. yet another person mentioned something approximately leg cramps that would additionally be a possiblity that i consider. i might look ahead to different indications or worsening indications of kidney failure in case you're short on money on the 2d to make optimistic. proceed to observe its ingesting and urinating varieties and make optimistic that's no longer changing . good success!

Has she gained weight and doesn't fit in the windowsill anymore? Falls asleep and goes to roll over and falls out? I'd take her to the vet....or use double-sided sticky tape on the windowsill.
