Yes, we have one in my city, and it is in the worst part of town (the projects) near the jail and its the most littered area in the city, you know; you would think that some of the black people would want to keep it clean, but they are the ones that trash it, I guess that they JUST DONT CARE about ol MLK anymore.

"They are such well-maintained,clean,orderly areas with low crime rates" I don't think so! Not the ones I've seen anyway.

Yes. I live a few miles from Sacramento CA. Sacramento Blvd. was changed to MLK Blvd. It's not the worst area in Sacramento, but it is nowhere near the best.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. Everytime I've ever seen a MLK Drive, its been kinda crappy looking. Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas, they all looked a little rough. Chris Rock told a joke about that once. Maybe I just haven't found the one drive that's decent looking yet.

I know when my chain is being pulled. Loisville, Tampa, Atlanta or Orlando, they are streets like something out of the old Charlton Heston movie, "Omega Man"
