Can anyone help me with this biology question? It reads,

In human cells, 2N=46. How many chromosomes would you expect to find in a sperm cell? a egg cell? a white blood cell? Explain.

I really need help and if you could explain it to me I would really appreciate it.

in sperm cell n also in egg cell v find 23 pairs of chromosome
but the only difference is that,,,in males...the sperm cell contains.,22 pairs of autosomes along with an X chr.,n Ychr....hence they r referred to be homogametic......whereas..in females...too there r 22 pairs of autosomes..n two X chromosomes...{ hence called homogametic}...thereby...totally there r 23 pairs or 46 chromosomes..........................as far as im concerned..i think the WBC's contain 23 pairs of autosomes{but im not sure}
