Kobe Bryant sucks! Lebron would man handle Kobe. Lebron has 2 inches and at least 30 lbs on Kobe. I KNOW (not think) that the series would be 2-0 Lebron wins.
KOBE BRYANT A.K.A. TOBE THE BALL-HOG BRYANT SUCKS!

Kobe has the offensive skills and likes to take shots so he will actually enjoy playing in an environment where he doesnt have to shoot. he has a fantastic arsenal of moves and isnt limited in range.

Lebron is slightly more limited in his shooting ability but still does hit the open 3. James can also hit the jumper and is a very athletic player.

in saying all this i give the nod to James. hes taller, younger and a lot more solid then Kobe is. i think that will come into his favour. Lebron could outmuscle Kobe on both ends of the dloor tiring Kobe out.

it would be a fantastic game though....lets say first to a 100 wins game 1???

Kobe would win 2 out of the 3 for sure, this is why:
Right now, Kobe is the best SCORER in the game, he can bring it to the hoop like no other, except for maybe Wade, and if he doesn't feel like getting just two points he can step back and stroke it from 25 feet out.
Lebron is more of a team player, he can pass, play defense, and score, and I believe he is the best and most complete player in the game right now, he just needs a better supporting cast to be as good as he is expected to be.

Kobe and scoring has nothing to do with it... Everyon is talking about how much Kobe scores... Bryant is a shut down defender, Lebron would have a hard time going up against Kobe.

Kobe all the way. He got the quick first step and crossover! Plus he can shoot all kinds of crazy shots. He's quicker and more fluid. Lebron is more of a power player. Kobe is a flashy skills player!

I like LeBron better, but at this young point in his career, I would barely take the veteran, Kobe. Now if you ask me in two years, LeBron would be a no brainer.

Kobe.
All Lebron could do is break you down and finish with a dunk.

Out side, he's not as dangerous as kobe.
Kobe can shot the jumper and attack.

Kobe is still the best, Lebron is not there yet.
