This question is way too early, but thats alright:
AFC Contenders:
New England Patriots - Well, Tom Brady looks like he is going to be worrying about TWO pregnant women in their third trimesters next season. And Corey Dillon retired.
Indianapolis Colts - They are going to be the favorites going into next season because they have that Manning guy and his two recievers. There is a definite chance they could make it again, though.
San Diego Chargers - Loss of whole coaching staff = No
NY Jets - They were playing good at the end of last year, and their line is looking really nice.
NFC Contenders
Chicago Bears - With Rex Grossman at the helm, you won't see any championships.
Philadelphia Eagles - With Andy Reid absent they are going to have to find a leader somewhere if they have any shot.
Seattle Seahawks - Too injury-prone and no definitive leader on that team, Hasselbeck is getting old.
New Orleans Saints - They can only get better, and they will. Their offense will be the best in the league and I think that they would win the championship if the season started today.

patriots no. brady is overrated and dillon is gone. bears no. grossman is way too inconsistant and he isnt very good. falcons god no. vick runs more than he passes and hands it off. he also doesnt have a reciever al he has is crumpler. chargers have a chance but shouyld pick up a reciever. saints are likely to they have a big chance. seahawks as long as their team stays healthy they have a big chance.
my 5 from each conference
AFC
ravens-with mcgahee there run game is good and they have great D
bengals-great offence need a little more defense though
colts-best offense in the league with peyton and his recievers need a better run and a better defense
broncos-now that cutler is gunna be better
chargers need more receivers and staff
jets- rebuilding and rookies are developing got jones for the run and passing game is great peemington just needs to relax
NFC
saints-brees is unstoppable and colsten horn and henderson
seahawks- if everyone stays healthy have a dominant all around offense
bears-need a better QB
panthers- healthy smith is good
cowboys- barber is a beast
those last 2 teams the panthers and cowboys are the next best teams in the NFC because the NFC is a lot weaker than the AFC

Not Patriots - Corey Dillon retired
Not Bears - Rex Grossman can't come through in the clutch
Not Falcons - Michael Vick is inconsistent and does drugs
Not Saints - Reggie Bush and Deuce McAllister will agrue over playing time eventually
Not Chargers - They lost all their coaching staff
Not Seahawks - They can't stay healthy
I guess that leaves the Colts who only can improve on their Defense and their Offense is already the best with Peyton Manning, the most intellegent man in the game, under center.

I somewhat agree with you. I definately see the Chargers going and I can see them playing against the Saints.
Those are my two favorite teams, so that is my pick.
Chargers over the Saints.
