Not sure about what the situation regarding this is in the USA, but here in Australia a child who is born here isn't considered an Australian citizen unless at least 1 of the parents is a citizen or a permanant resident.

yes, they are a citizen but there has been talks about they can not live with non- U.S. citizen caregivers. Meaning illegal moms take their U.S. baby home and the baby can return when a legal adult but I don't know if that passed.

Yes, but they can be granted citizenship in their own home country. I'd call the embassy of your country and the US embassy to find out.

Many babies are granted dual citizenship....the country that they're born, and then the country they live in.

yeah BUT i thought that when you are in your thried tremester they wont let you take the plane no where overseas.... hm...... unless they been the hiding kind of tourist.... lol
