they are interns. Interns usually don't get paid. They work to learn the business and they do whatever is asked of them. Probably got the jobs through fashion school where they attend. Most interns are usually college students.

they are interns at the Teen Vouge magazine agency in LA. I belive they both go to school aswell.
They just set up an interview last season.
