If you were saying with a tone of disgust, disapointment etc then that is elitist and racist.
I find it curious that their ethnicity is what you noticed. I guess I just don't notice skin colour, I just see people. Like, did you notice that the ratio of men to women, children to adults? If not, why? Why are you more observant about the people's ethnicity?
