Yeadon is the nearest. airport is shared by Leeds/Bradford.
Of course, you will know that its rare to find an airport IN a city, as they need space for the runway

its at yeadon I think thats how you spell it as it as I was cabin crew in the 70's and we used to say on landing "welcome to yedon airport" this was before it was called leeds/bradford and we stayed in the hotel at yeadon village
