May be you are not aware of this that if the law forcing bodies/government effected by any such economic offence make a plea & present evidence to the Swiss bank that the money deposited in their bank is from illegal source such account can be frizzed immediately. In order to get the money transferred to its exchequer a proper Swiss bank order is required for which all the evidence that prove such amount as in illegal possession of the account holder has to be produced before such court of law by the government so effected.

You are essentially looking for an inside way to to defeat the inside purpose. Which is too sound. Bank Leumi has a gazillion "secret"--and often nameless--accounts. And, then there's Grand Cayman.... So, it's only the Swiss you're after? There's prollly lots of research available to "answer" such a timeless question....Good luck!

This is to protect the dirty money and the elite. This was created by those who are running the big banks of the world. Others will not protest it, because they also get their share credited in their swiss bank accounts. Ultimately, if such a system is not there, where all the money will go?.

Only if Switzerland changed the laws that govern them.

As with any other country, only that country's laws are truly binding on the conduct of businesses there.

Of course, if the majority (by account value, not number) of customers demanded they change their practices, that might work. But most are probably quite happy with current practices.
