Osama Bin Laden is hiding in mountainous area between Afghanistan and Pakistan. He is definitely in this area because he is the most wanted criminal in the world now. Nobody will be patronizing him as he is arm and dangerous.
He has many loyal followers that sacrifice for him and monetary reward is insult to them. These followers would die martyrdom for him and that's why Osama Bin Laden is still free and very alive until today.

I personally think he is in the United States. Honestly, I think he would do something like come here and hid just to make a mockery out of Pres. Bush and America. If he isn't here, I think he is going from Pakistan to Afghanistan and back and forth. There are dozens of tunnels inside those mountains that had been dug long ago. Bin Laden had always been planning ahead for such things.
