My Symantec Anti-virus keeps saying that I have a "Threat found" in many places and its type is (W32.Rontokbro@mm) It also said that it couldn't clean nor quarantine the infected file, only delete it. But the dialog box keeps popping up. I ran a scan and it showed nothing. What's going on there?

If it could no longer boot from that CD, you have a extreme hardware subject (undesirable RAM, CPU, video, motherboard). If the CD says each thing is nice, see in case you may start abode windows in secure mode (start up tapping F8 as you turn the laptop on). If abode windows starts in secure mode, be sure you probably did no longer upload a bite of undesirable hardware first, then as quickly as that's been governed out, reinstall abode windows.

it sounds like there is a program that you download. so even though you have deleted one of the files, the program is still active on your computer.
