bake a chocolate cake which didn't taste like chocolate cake?



I did today... first time I've baked in years and will be the last time for the next few years... hmmph

nope... I didn't burn it... I just didn't add enough chocolate it seems...

no, I wouldn't even dream to do that. I can't cook, so my cake would resemble an ashtray, lol

Depends on the chocolate. If you used a cake mix, it could have been bad, or something wrong like that, but if you made it from scratch, it depends on the brand and quality of the chocolate.

No, i baked a sponge cake once - lets just say you can't really call something hard - a sponge cake.

Maybe you should just keep trying until you get the hang of it again!

no i dont think so i baked a cake in a pie pan and it didnt look to good

While baking a cake, I accidently used peanut oil instead of vegtable oil....yuch....
