I have placed this in the source box. There is a wealth of information there and a great free debt management software program. I bookmarked the site as I return to it often for the advice it offers. I hope this helps you.

It depends how much you want to borrow. You could try a hard money lender. Do a search for hard money lenders. They do charge a high interest rate but at least loan you the money if you can show them your plan of how you intend to pay it back. Your plan has to make sense to them. No games. I think the interest rate is about 12 to 18%. Most of them I hear do not check your credit or job history. It all depends on your business plan on how you will pay off the loan. You have to look smart to them so make up a professional looking proposal like you are preparing a report for college or high school showing exactly how the money will be repaid.
