I find it ironic that Yahoo is posting up articles with strong political stances, but then they don't allow readers to comment on them.
Irregardless of the comment spam (which Yahoo should be able to deal with - in my humble opinion) they need to allow readers to post thoughts and comments.
What do you think?

They're posting articles saying things like talking against gays is morally wrong and yet they don't allow readers with other opinions to comment. B.S.

Life isn't a closed one way discussion. There are multiple opinions - let us share ours.

Just my opinion but I frequently made comments, mostly negative, about Pres. Bush and his policies. Have an idea they did not like the fact that at least 80% of the comments about Bush, Cheney and the Iraq war were negative. Somebody in Yahoo probably is making a lot of money from Bush's policies and don't want people like us commenting on them.

I don't know. I wanted to comment on an article about Ann Coulter that I thought was very biased. I wanted to answer a question that subject and I found that all of them had been resolved. I wondered why they would post such an old story. Then I posted this question, "
How did the fued between John Edwards and Ann Coulter start? "

This question wasn't deleted but it appears to be buried so that no one else can see it. Most major news networks are biased so I would try to find alternative news sources. I ended up finding the real story on Townhall. I did happen to come across a very biased article on the Yahoo page that was from USA Today. It would be interesting to research and find out who owns Yahoo.
