I was wondering what it was like. how long is it? do you have to buy tickets for each night or do the tickets include the whole weekend? whats some good advice about camping out and just being prepared and having a good time?

Sorry... I've never seen Dave Matthews at Red Rocks, but I definitely have been to the venue. I dunno what your tickets preclude, or whether you need to camp out, but I do know that with the weather as good as it is right now in Denver, it's gonna be a great weekend. Red Rocks kicks so much azz. haha. Uhh... pack a lunch and enjoy yourself!
