I live in the U.S. now and i am originally from Mexico. 10 years ago i got married in Mexico, now i live in the U.S. and i want to get married again to an American. But i never got a divorce in Mexico from my past Husband. Can i go ahead and marry my American if i am still married in Mexico?

i wouldn't know i've never been to Mexico only place i been out west is Kansas city threw there years ago so sorry but don't know anything about the Mexican laws either im miles away i do know you can't marry a American till you divorce the one in Mexico im in usa its illlegal here to marry if your already married you have to be divorced

No you have to get a divorce from your ex first
