how do i place keys back onto my dell inspiron B130 laptop?

The W key on my laptop popped off and i don't know how to get it back on! i have the peices of it and i just need to figure out how to put it back on. can someone please help!

all you should have to do is "pop" it back into place. Unless it is broken, then you will need to order that new key.

I have a Dell Inspiron B130 notebook too and my tab key popped of after it dropped and I just snapped it back on. If you can't figure it out maybe you should just send it to a computer repair shop or send it back to Dell so that they can fix it for you.

If worse come to worse you can:

1) Buy a standard keyboard with a USB Plug. Plug in your USB port. After you restart your computer the keyboard should start working.

2) Replace laptop keyboard. You can buy a new keyboard for your laptop on eBay, dealtime, etc.

Hi. Most keys have a cylinder with two prongs that lock into the keyboard. Just snaps in.

seem heavily on the plastic c shaped products. If not one of the top nubs are broken off you may snap it decrease back in. merely place it as precise as you may in its place and press it is going to snap in. it may take slightly of fidgeting, or won't artwork in any respect. that's difficult getting them decrease back in. you may order a substitute keyboard from dell if it bothers you alot over getting a usb keyboard instead.
