if your daiting somone older than you like he is 17 and your 15 so like when he turns 18 does that mean you cant date anymore cause youll be 16 and hell be 19 so i was just wondering

If he is over 18 and you are under, sex would be considered statutory rape, whether you consent or not. If your parents so wished, they could get him in trouble.

If you are just dating and not having sex it's fine you don't have to stop seeing each other because he is turned 18or 19. But if you are having sex at 15 he could get in trouble as you are still a minor and it's illegall. So just hang in there till you are both adults or till you turn 16.

same thing happened to me with this girl i went to a different schol then her but that didn't seperate us i still dated her i got my friend to hook me up with her and she accepted
But, just one problem she cant date until she's 16 and she's 14 so what we did is she said i was her friend from her last school and we were really good friends and i would call her and her mom would answer and ask who this is i will say her friend ands she never noticed try that i am the master at sneaking around parents if you want more advice e-mail me at mjadlmj@yahoo.com

There's no problem with dating someone of that age, but be careful. If you are having sex with your bf then technically that is against the law. Statory rape laws can apply if say your parents or someone else turned your boyfriend in and filed charges.

Yes, just like the other girl said, you can date, you just can't have sex. But you should do that until you are married anyway.

that's what the law says. but u can still date but if anyone has it out for u then they could call the police.

You can "date" anybody so long as there is no sex. Otherwise he can be charged with statutory rape.

there's nothing illegal about dating....just no sex of any kind unless you want him in trouble for statutory rape.
