Every once in a while I let my kids have a "mental health day" off from school, as long as they don't have a test or anything. Sometimes, with work or school, you just can't take it any more and need a free day to get back in a good frame of mind. If you're messed/depressed/whatever, you're not going to have a productive day at work or school anyway. As long as you're not ruining things for someone else, I think it's okay to take a day off.

i do no longer probably be attentive to a great answer for this, yet you ought to take a seat down and communicate on your husband approximately this. clarify that this isn't any longer healthful and something is erroneous. childrens do no longer puke for 2 months on the instant and that they of course do no longer go around cutting themselves. i think of they are bothered and could go see a counselor or something at a youthful age so this would end quickly. good success and need each little thing works out.
