Go to a councilor. Don't talk to family yet. Psychologist can help you deal with this type of thing.

The best advice I can think of is NEVER hold in your thoughts or memories. Seek professional advice, someone neutral, and get it off your chest. Bad thoughts and memories will only haunt you if you hold it back. And you might not ever be able to build a close relationship with someone since you have some negative thoughts built up inside you. And dont think you need to be ashamed of going to talk to a therapist either. It is perfectly acceptable especially if you're dealing with such strong memories.

Don't panic, just go get some counseling.

Besides don't let things like that get in your every day life.

Talk to somebody thats real close to you and won't sy nothing to nobody, or just say **** it and don't have nothing to hold back and say whay your feel'n and get off your chest. Don't hold back that just makes it harder on you and way harder to deal with certain sitiution

That is crazy. Talk to your parents about it. Maybe these things did happen, maybe they didn't. But it's not fair to you to have to keep all this bottled up inside. It would drive me crazy!
