However, it involves going to the beach and you know, taking your shirt off and swimming. Now, I am not in the best shape, but the trip is only in two weeks. Any suggestions to get in shape quickly or avoid embarassment?

ok, eat just enough and exercise sit ups 200 and pushups 50 each night. Anything else?

I know how it feels to be self conscience. Yes, you can eat healthy, drink 8-10 (8oz.) glasses of water a day. If you can, try some jogging, start with 10-15 minutes a day, and increase as your stamina builds. If you can not jog, walk briskly, and this you can do everyday. Try to get up to 1 hour. You could also mix them, jog for a few minutes, then walk, keep alternating. This will burn the fat off quickly. I do not believe in quick weight loss but, this is an exception. I am also going to suggest, against my better judgment, to go to a tanning bed 3 or 4 times before you go on your trip. You do not need to get a dark tan, but some color will look better than being pale. I would never condone the tanning bed, use it properly, and just for this once.

You can't do much in two weeks but just try to get in shape as best you can. You will be surprised - very few people will be in great shape. They also won't be thinking a whole lot about your shape. They'll be nervous about their own looks.

Please dont starve yourself. You don't have to be skinny or have a six-pack to go to the beach. I mean i'm sure there's gonna be some people who are in worse shape than you. If anyone tells you anything when you reach to the beach just tell them if they don't like what they see just stop looking and im sure you don't look that bad.

i would say exercise and work out everyday until the trip come maybe u will have a better shape body

oh u dont know how the girls feel, but the guys are scared to! and u might not be the only one who is not in good shape, but if u think that it is that bad, then u will work out!

If u want to impress the girls, on your free time, keep excercising and lift weights to build up your muscle. And don't eat any fats! Eat healthy stuff like wheat!

Maybe you can get some fat burners and do some mean exercising.If you aint got into shape then, wear some big clothes.

Just watch your sugar intake. Lay offthe sodas and snacks for a while. Also watch other things that you eat that bloat you up.

.....for the last 2 weeks left,just eat only veggie,fruits,salad with vinegar dressing, broiled or steam fish ,and boiled meats,you are special,,just be yourself,and you will have a lot of fun.
