It is both a woman and a man...a hermaphrodite! You had a former relationship with this person and were deeply in love with himher. However himher, fell madly in love with a cross dresser/ Marilyn Monroe impersonator, and left you for them. You've been devastated and simply can't move on. So these last two years have been hard on you but your family is so sick and tired of your whining and your lack of unemployment, (I mean hey come on! get off of mom's couch!) that they are wishing you would just get a life or die.
It is a sad situation but there is hope! The your old manager from Pizza Hut called and said they really need a dishwasher and he thought of you!
Get a life and get off of mom's couch. The mess of powdered sugar from the doughnuts is driving her crazy.

What do you mean by asking "who wants me to commit suicide"? Are there voices in your head telling you to do it and you don't know where they're coming from?
Honestly, if you're feeling panicked and suicidal and desperate and it isn't based on people or situations that you can get away from, then the only thing which will help you is immediate counseling and seeing your doctor for possible medical help.

When you take responsibility for your own life, you realize that YOU are the only one with the power to ruin your life. Self -forgiveness is much more difficult than forgiving another person. Seek professional help if you can't do it alone. There's really no shame in saving yourself.
