The***PRAYNOGRAPHER*** Will speak to this question, and you will listen. The whole thingy was just a story to make uneducated morons believe the story that would come after, that supposedly foretold that this would happen. It made the morons believe that they could commit heinous things against each other, and be forgiven, and clear their conscience, and re leaving them of their guilt, and make it possible to repeat them. Think now,how much better off we would be if the burden of guilt could not be so easily erased.Maybe people would be less likely to treat each other badly. Maybe ,just maybe your so called god made a mistake. I think it is more like the brains behind the story pulled off the biggest , and longest lasting scam of all time. Oh how dumb we mortals can be. Just being born again sounds like this god made a mistake the first time. Why would a god destroy someone that he sent to help mankind , and then allegedly kill him when mankind really needed him the most. Like the rest of that mythical book, it just doesn't make sense. The***PRAYNOGRAPHER*** has spoken. You take it from there my brainwashed, narrowminded kiddies.

crossy thingy? and he never got nailed (in) a cross. He was nailed to a cross. If he had not done that cross thingy you speak of you would not have been forgiven for your sins,, so he did that because he loved you that much. And Jesus could have been taken down from the cross thru God ,, but the prophecy would not have been fulfilled,, hence never being able to be forgiven.

Well, he came here for the specific purpose of dying on the cross. The mistake is thinking it was an accident that needed God's help and attention to prevent, because that was the point of coming here.

Jesus fulfilled the Bible prophecy.

Jesus was in the very center of God's will. He did here exactly what was promised in the Old Testament. That is why it is important to understand that we should pray God's will be done. Some people prayed that God would save Jesus, but His death was the plan of God all along and people were praying for a wrong thing.

We need to be willing to be players in the midst of what God is up to. He allows a lot of suffering for His purposes...in His unfolded plan. God is as active now as He was at the time of crucifixion.

In the law of God, blood is required for atonement. Jesus was the last blood required for atonement for the rest of the existence of man. That is why Jesus is called the lamb of God.

Jesus gave himself on the cross. He paid the penalty of sin for us so we would not have to. He accomplished on the cross exactly what he came for. With his death and resurrection he conquered death and hell once and for all. Now it is up to you. Do you believe? Will you admit you are a sinner and accept Him as your Savior? It is your choice to accept or reject Him. If you accept you have eternal life. (That is spiritual life because everyone's body dies). If you reject Him you will have eternal spiritual death. I hope you choose LIFE! God put it in your heart to ask your question. He is speaking to you. Listen!

Because he sent his son to save the rest of humanity from going to hell for sinning. He granted us the oppurtunity of eternal life by allowing our sins to be forgiven.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
John 3:16

Because the Christian God appears to have needed Blood and Pain to function. He could not forgive "sin" without it. Jesus asked his "Father" to let him live thrice. Jesus didn't give his life, he was overpowered and his true begging rejected.

Jesus had to die for our sins (God had to sacrifice his only son) so that we can have eternal life. He died for us. But it's not like God wanted his son to die.
