Yes one come free - shown as part of the anti - spy logo. The small orange cross. Google tool bar also come with a pop up blocker.

There is a pop up blocker in Yahoo! Toolbar. Here is a link that gives a screenshot on how to enable it.

there is popup blocker if you use IE but non with firefox as this has a built in pop up blocker
