I not only know the answer, I find that it gets asked so frequently around here that I cut-and-paste it from my previous responses several times a day.
What is perhaps more interesting is that what gets chosen as 'best' is very frequently completely different from person to person. Maybe this suggests that what someone thinks is the meaning of life has more to do with them than with any actual external meaning.
