Probably Bush would win, Chavez is small and chubby.

I think Chavez would fight dirty and Bush would outsource the job of fighting Chavez to an indian or illegal mexican.

I think that Chavez, being Latino, would not fight unless he had another 10 or 20 guys backing him up to stab or shoot his opponent in the back.
