What do I do when?

Question

checking microsoft security updates and find SP (KB924191) has failed. When I click into the solution, I can't make heads or tails - can someone explain. Also, WIN. ADV. notification shows cancelled. I'm a novice so don't even know what all this means.

That one looks to deal with the XML 2.6 update. Without knowing what OS you're running I'm guessing but you may not have 2.6 installed.

Go to http://updates.microsoft.com and run a scan for custom updates. You might have luck. If not contact me via email and I will try to work with you to figure it out.
