You failed to specify; Terrific to WHO?, the employee or the employer, or both:

1. If it is terrific to the employer , then he should pay me.

2. If it is terrific to both, then he should still pay me as it is terrific to him, and though it is also to me, I would consider it an incentive.

3. If it is terrific to me, but not to the employer, then he should fire me and hire someone who makes it terrific to the employer or to both; employer and employee.

It's terrific that you can get material wealth (if only a little bit at a time) from going through the relatively easy tasks of a workday, when you could be running around accomplishing nothing. It's amazing how much people get paid who waste half of their workdays griping and wondering how to goof off more.
