How do I print pictures from my i850 nextel phone?

I have a SIM card and everything but i just can't figure out how to print or at least get the photos on my computer. i tryed to get them printed at CVS and it didn't help and the people working there didn't understand it anymore than me

Email the pic to yourself then print it from your email.
