for something not important like awarding friends for answering and now is days gone by?
I have a friend that did this and now feels badly for ever saying anything and wants to apologize.

You (or they) didn't make a mistake.. not to worry about it.

hey we all make errors in judgement...if I felt I have done something that I need to say I am sorry for, I just come out and say I am sorry...believe me we all make mistakes...tell your friend to not be so hard on themselves, make amends and then let it go...your friend sounds like a very nice person so it all works out in the end...plus you are a good friend :)

Tell them to post an apology, and hope the other person sees it....

Saying "I'm sorry" would be a good start.

And agreeing to donate a kidney. Even if they don't need one. I'll be in the lab scrogging Cameron if you need me.

It probably wasn't an issue. They should just forget it.

Just say that you're sorry, and see if you can work past it.
