pros not cons...I need 5 good ones

If by "pros" you mean, "arguments in favor", then there is only one pro ... it explains the evidence.

What evidence?

OK, here are "5 good ones":
1. Every year they have a new flu shot. Why? Because the flu viruses have evolved in the course of one year to be resistant to last year's flu shot.
2. The plantaris muscle. This is a thin muscle in the human calf that has no purpose in humans (it can be removed without affecting anything and 9% of humans are born without any plantaris muscle at all). Why is it there? Because in other primates it is used for grasping with the feet.
3. Leg buds in dolphin embyos. (Picture:

4. Your big toe. The shape, bones, muscles, and nerves are similar to your thumb. (E.g. notice that it has one less bone, one less knuckle, than the other toes, just like your thumb). Again evidence that it evolved for purposes of grasping.
5. Color vision in primates. Humans have the same exact 3-color vision (with the 3 same pigments in the eye) as the Old World primates (the African/Asian apes and monkeys). The New World primates (S. American monkeys), and other mammals don't have this 3-color vision.

This is a curious question, because "pro" in what context? So, I'll give a broad range of "pros".

The Principle of Evolution is valuable because:

1) It explains how complex life came into being
2) It helps us trace human prehistory and migrations
3) It helps us understand the complexities of the brain
4) It helps us understand genetics and genetic disorder
5) It predicts the behavior of diseases which we need today
6) It helps understand wildlife and environment for management
7) It's used to breed plants, fungi, and bacteria for specific traits
8) It's even used for design optimization in engineering
9) It's used in some cosmological theories
10) It can even be used to solve some difficult math problems!

Evolution isn't a good or bad thing, it just is.

You might aswell say what are some pros of a blue sky?

Pros? Do you mean pro-evolution arguments?
If so here you go:
1) Vestigial Structures
2) comparative embryology
3) comparative genomes
4) pepper moths
5) homolgies

1. Evolution teaches people they are the products of accident and are worth nothing. This makes for good slaves.

2. Evolution teaches that it's ok to murder millions of "inferior" beings in order to ensure that strength prevails.

3. Evolution teaches us that our lives have no purpose. This opens up peoples minds to all kinds of erronous philosophy. This means you can tell people all kinds of rubbish and they'll gladly suck it up to try and fill the voids in their lives.

4. Evolution teaches us that whenever we answer a question we are right dispite our huge leaps of logic because we made the effort to answer. This means we are our own Gods with our own set of principals and rules and we are accountable to no one but ourselves, giving us grounds to uphold our beliefs in any way we see fit.

5. Evolution teaches us that we don't have to entertain any theory that requires us to behave in a way that disagrees with our choice of lifestyle or prevents us from getting laid, hammered, kudos or respect from our equally well informed peers.

(1) We're nothing but animals.

(2) Evolutionarily speaking, might makes right.

(3) Evolutionarily speaking, using treachery to defeat the mightier, also makes right.

(4) Rape is the preferred method of propagation of the species, as males desiring to pass on their genes must be stronger than the female, and often, the female's current mate.

(5) Evolutionary law states that an organism's survival depends on its ability to adapt. Therefore, because might also makes right, you, my teacher, must adapt by giving me a good grade in this class, or I will kill you.
