YOU KNOW Randy Orton the Legend Killer is going to be the 8th man in the Money in the Bank match.
They need another match also for WM23: Carlito vs. Flair would fit that bill nicely.
Edge is a legend in his own mind, so Orton has a new legend to kill!
So Orton will win the Money in the Bank, after Edge tries to screw him out of it first!

Randy Orton because hes a more skilled wrestler, Ric Flair has good expirience but is too slow, and Carlito just isnt as good as Randy.

They have to end Rated RKO somehow, Flair is done in Champ matches and he should be retiring, Carlito hasn't been at the top in a while and I don't see him getting picked over Orton.
