Consider the following valid and verifiable facts:

In the Gulf War, Saddam used chemical weapons to kill 20,000 people, including an estimated 5000 Iraqi Kurds - his own citizens!

Prior to their expulsion by Saddam in 1999, the UN inspection team had destroyed 48 long range missiles, 30 chemical warheads, 40,000 chemical munitions and 690 tons of chemical agents.
Prior to our invasion, there had been no reliable weapons inspections in Iraq for over two years.

Given the above facts and Saddam's history of non compliance - at the time the decisions were made, would you have taken the risky assumption that Saddam had actually complied with the UN resolutions which he had so often rejected?
Hind site is 20/20, but it's not available at the time the hard decisions are actually made.

The false information was supplied NOT by Bush, but by George Tenet, director of the CIA, who was appointed by... Ta-a-a Da-a-a, none other than William Jefferson Clinton. Rapist in chief and seller of pardons to fugitive criminals.
Bush was merely duped just like John Kerry and the rest of Congress.
Oh, that is not convenient for your story is it? Well, continue to spread your lies, maybe someone will believe them.

Is that some state law that you are quoting?

No, Bush did not break that law. He almost certainly has broken many others, but not by making a false report about WMDs.

No, Bush did not break the law. At WORST he intentionally misled the American people about the reason's for going into Iraq!

I'm not saying that that is RIGHT, but I AM saying that it's NOT an impeachable offense!

Liberals just want to get revenge for Bill Clinton, who BLATANTLY LIED UNDER OATH IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY!!!!

No. Cause he just repeated the intelligence given.

And how could Saddam have used sarin gas on the Kurds if he didn't have any WMD?

Psst. Here's a clue about that law. It's for an imminent threat.

Bush didn't falsify the information. The information itself was bad.

Nice try.

We won't know until after Bush leaves office if he has broken the law. Maybe even not in our lifetime.

Yes I think it is a very high possibility that he broke the law...
