I think i'm going to make a trip to the ER.... called the doctor and he said to take Benedryl for the nausea and if that dont work he'll prescribe me something and to drink lots of fluids. I been dizzy ALL day, feels like the world is spinning around me, I feel weak and VERY blah... not like I have been feeling through out my pregnant.

Yep - just go. You don't want to take chances when you're carrying a life...

Please let me know what they say - and good luck.

Signs of dehydration are listlessness and hollowed out looking eyes. If you have these symptoms, go to the ER, they need to give you fluids through an IV. Do you throw up every day, or has it been just lately, like you might be fighting some sort of flu? If you have any doubts, go in, all they can do is tell you that your okay and send you on your way.

Urine should be a light straw colour. About 2 litres a day (3 to 4 pints) should do you. You are eating as well, aren't you. The dizziness could be a sugar low.

well, sever dehydration the skin is ichy and eyes feel sunk in so your ok there, but the dark urine is a sighn of dehydration so i would go see doctor, but remember keeping hydrated also includes things like sucking on ice or eating water melon or maybe chicken soup or jello all these things have alot of liguid in them. just remember drink slowly not all at once, you have a better chance of keeping it down.
sounds to me like a bit of the flu
get better soon and keep the ice chips handy till your dr. can see you

Lethargy/Fatigue
Dizziness (potentially worse when standing)
Thirst
Dry mouth/tongue
Dry skin that "tents" (loses elasticity)
Low urine output
Concentrated-appearing urine
Pale color
Veins that don't bulge when a torniquet is applied

Also, various findings on laboratory studies of blood and urine. If you're drinking tons of water and vomiting twice per day, you might be able to keep up with it. See somebody if things get worse.

being dizzy is a normal pregnancy symptom. your body is increasing the blood flow to deal with the fetus. as for signs of dehydration one major one is dark yellow urine. if it bright yellow that could jsut be from ur prenantal vitamin.

If your pee is bright yellow, you may be dehydrated. Highly concentrated urine is one of the signs. It should look more like weak lemonade.

Also, being dehydrated can cause contractions.
