Wynn's casino Buffet - Expensive but the best gourmet buffet on the strip. Not the standard buffet found elsewhere. Last summer I went 2 days in a row.

Leave room for the banana's foster for desert!

The buffet at Mandalay Bay is a little pricey (around $20), but it had food from all different cultures and it was the best of the the buffets I went to by far!

The Rio's Carnival Buffet is great it has all sorts of great food, and for the price it's a bargain. you should also try the Spice Market Buffet @ the Aladdin it too is wonderful. both places have a wonderful staff, great prices and the atmosphere is great. the food @ both places definetly tastes like cuisines instead of what a person typically thinks of when they hear the word buffet, overcooked food with no tatse under heatlamps all day.
