easy way to increase cars horsepower from 174 to 350.

is that possible to do on a budget?

should i go for the NSX and have a smaller margin that i would need to fill.

i would like 350 horsepower in my car whats a good car and/ or modifications on a $15,ooo budget?

i am looking at:

97 Jag XK
02 Saab Viggen Sedan
00 VW GTI
00 Audi TT
97 Chevy Vette (if i can find one for kbb)

If you can get away with it, remove any pollution control systems.You may also want to do away with the A/C Belt.If it has a serpentine belt.Try to get a belt that will fit bypassing the A/C Pump.
PS The 1967 Dodge Coronet 500 R/T had over 300 Hp stock.Just add a Cam and your all set.I ran low 13's in the quarter mile drags with the car totally stock and snow tires.
